There has never been a better time to join us as we embark on the delivery of a professional HR Shared Service across Corby, East Northants and Wellingborough Councils.

Reporting to the HR Shared Service Manager, this newly created Training Officer Post will assist in the design and delivery of corporate training activities across the Shared Service portfolio. The main focus of the role will be to design, deliver and monitor in-house training initiatives, alongside the procurement and co-ordination of specialist training courses. This role will also act as the Lead Officer for managing the Apprenticeship engagement programme and levy.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide demonstrable experience of:
*   Delivering training via a variety of methods to a diverse audience 
*   Excellent communication and presentation skills with competent computer literacy
*   Creating, evaluating and monitoring training materials or courses 
*   Delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
