This role is to support the Facilities Management Team in providing a quality professional facilities management and building maintenance service across the Council's property portfolio (excluding housing). 

The job holder must have previous work experience working as part of a Facilities Management team.  The candidate will have a solution led practical approach to managing repairs and maintenance and be able to handle a workload under supervision.                                           

The job holder must have a can do attitude and a solution led approach to tasks.
