The post is part of the Landlord Services Management Team. There are two main tasks associated with the position which include customer contact centre operations and delivering first class services to older persons,  the financially or socially excluded, travellers and homeless support and management  services.
 
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering support services for older persons, vulnerable clients or residents, homeless services or other supported housing solutions along with excellent people management skills and experience. 
 
You should enjoy working with and resolving customer enquiries and issues, have excellent interpersonal, communication and administration skills as well as an enthusiastic and positive outlook.
 
Candidates should be willing to undertake on call duties every other week.
